March 2010 Newletter
With, hopefully, the worst of the winter weather behind us we can now look forward to the new season. The winter league is now drawing to a close and despite the poor conditions most of the competitions have been well supported with some good scores returned. Results will be posted soon.
The Green's Committee are working hard to get the course back up to a good standard, but please bear with us as you will appreciate a lot depends on the weather conditions over the next few weeks.
The new season kicks off with our usual Committee Day Flag Competition on Saturday 27th March 2010. All are welcome, the more players the better the competition. Following the competition the club will hold its Prize Giving for the 2009 season.
A reminder that Annual Subscription's are now due. Please send your remittance to the Member's Secretary as soon as possible.
We look forward to a successful season for the club and members in 2010 and wish our new Captain's Tom Watson and Kay Liston well.
