February Update
With Spring just around the corner, our thoughts are turning towards the new season and the fact that it's our centenary. We hope to hold a number of events, both social and golfing, during the year to celebrate this milestone. We'd be really interested to hear if anyone has any stories and/or photos of times gone by that we could see or hear to build up a history for the club. If anyone can help, then please contact any member of the committee.
I have to make a small apology for being a bit over-enthusiastic last month with talk of whist nights. We've decided it's a bit late in the year to start on these, so we'll hopefully get them up and running in the Autumn.
One special golfing event to report for this month is that Murdo Stag had a hole-in-one at "The Doctor". Well done Murdo!
As always, new members and visitors are very welcome! An honesty box system for green fees runs when the clubhouse is closed.
